WORCESTER—Bri’s Sweet Treats has struck gold—literally—with its newest creation, the Viral Dubai Bar. Inspired by TikTok trends and Dubai’s extravagant culture, the bar features a pistachio cream filling mixed with crispy kataifi, a golden phyllo dough, and adorned with edible gold for a stunning, shareable dessert.
“A Dubai Bar is a sweet, luxurious treat that blends indulgence with a sense of adventure,” owner Bri Azier told the Worcester Guardian. “Think of it as an over the top, visually stunning and delicious candy bar. The bar isn’t just about taste—it’s about making a statement and standing out, which is why it went viral. I’m always looking for innovative and exciting ideas to introduce to my customers at Bri’s Sweet Treats. When I saw the Viral Dubai Bars trending online, I knew it would fit perfectly with our mission to spread joy and happiness, one bite at a time.”
Bri’s Sweet Treats has already sold more than 1,000 bars since introducing them in October, offering single servings and three-bar gift packs.
The bars’ popularity has led to an exciting partnership: Bri’s Sweet Treats is now featured at the Sugar Factory inside Foxwoods Casino, a world-renowned destination for creative desserts. “Delivering our first order there was surreal,” said Azier. “It’s a huge milestone for our shop.”
“We are wholesale licensed and delivered our first order just before Christmas, and we couldn’t be more thrilled about this partnership,” said Azier. “Being sought out by such a renowned establishment is an incredible honor, and we are excited to nurture and grow this relationship with a brand that shares our passion for creating unique and memorable experiences. This is a huge milestone for Bri’s Sweet Treats, and I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity. We will be making an exclusive line of candy ducks for them soon also.”
Customers eager to try these viral treats can visit Bri’s Sweet Treats at the Worcester Public Market. Availability updates are regularly posted on the shop’s social media pages (@shopbrissweettreats).

Bri’s Sweet Treats began in 2021 as a pandemic project aimed at spreading joy during uncertain times. Azier and her son started making chocolate treat boxes for friends and family, but the overwhelming response quickly turned their hobby into a full-fledged business. Within six months, Azier had her home kitchen certified, and Bri’s Sweet Treats was born.
By January 2023, the business expanded to a storefront in the Worcester Public Market, where its whimsical, indulgent treats became a community favorite. Azier’s entrepreneurial spirit and innovative confections caught the attention of local and national media, leading to features on platforms such as the Phantom Gourmet.
In October 2024, the shop took a significant step forward, becoming a vendor at the DCU Center. “The DCU Center was always a dream,” said Azier. “It’s allowed us to reach more of the Worcester community and showcase our treats to thousands of visitors.”
Now, with their Viral Dubai Bars gaining popularity and a partnership with the Sugar Factory at Foxwoods Casino, Bri’s Sweet Treats has cemented its place as a Worcester success story.
