David Nordman

David Nordman is a founder and lead consultant for The Worcester Guardian. Previously, he served as executive editor of the Telegram & Gazette, leading newsroom strategy across print, digital and social platforms. He now serves as executive director of integrated communications at the University of Maine, where he oversees strategic communications, media relations, executive messaging and research storytelling to elevate the university’s visibility and brand. Before joining UMaine, Nordman was executive editor in Northeastern University’s Office of Communications and External Affairs, expanding digital storytelling and amplifying faculty research to national audiences. A New England First Amendment Award recipient, he brings more than two decades of journalism and communications leadership experience.
