WORCESTER—A Millbury man was sentenced Monday to eight to ten years in state prison after a jury found him guilty of raping a 15-year-old girl in 2021.
Colton Paszkowski, 27, was convicted on six counts of child rape following a two-day trial in Worcester County Superior Court. The jury acquitted him on one charge of witness intimidation.
Judge William Ritter handed down three concurrent prison terms of 8–10 years, followed by three years of probation.
Prosecutors said the assaults took place in Northbridge, Millbury and Sutton in 2021. Paszkowski was arrested that December and indicted in March 2023.
District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. credited Assistant District Attorney Mark McShera, Victim Witness Advocate Taylor Picard, and police in the three towns for their work on the case, according to a statement released by his office.
