WORCESTER—The Greater Worcester chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) has announced its 2026 Board of Directors, with the new leadership team officially assuming their roles on Jan. 1, according to a chapter announcement.
Cristal Steuer, APR, executive director of strategy and placement at TVP Communications, serves as chapter president for 2026. In the announcement, Steuer said she is “honored to serve” in the role and emphasized the importance of professional connection and ongoing learning as the public relations field continues to evolve.
According to the chapter, goals for the year include growing membership, strengthening professional networks and offering programming that blends professional development with social opportunities.
The chapter said the 2026 board builds on the success of its first two years and brings together leaders with a range of professional backgrounds and experience to support continued growth and expanded opportunities for members.
Serving alongside Steuer on the board are Kristine Maloney, vice president at TVP Communications, as immediate past president; Lisa Swanson, CEO of the Better Business Bureau of Central New England, as president-elect; and Caitlin Lubelczyk, vice president of marketing and communications at the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, as secretary. The treasurer position is currently vacant.
Additional board members include Tim Hally, co-founder of Munq, as membership chair; Dominique Goyette-Connerty, owner of Evergreen Marketing, as communications chair; and Lisa Malo, marketing director of the Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District, as programming chair. Directors at large include Lorraine U. Martinelle, content manager at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and president of Lorraine U. Martinelle Communications Consulting and Kathleen Deal, owner of Elevated Graphic Designs.
The organization encourages members and area communications professionals to attend events, contribute to programming and volunteer with them throughout the year.
