WORCESTER—Berkshire Bank has announced that Christina Andreoli, senior vice president and private banking manager, has been named one of the Worcester Business Journal’s 2025 Outstanding Women in Business.
According to the announcement, honorees were chosen for their professional achievements and their positive impact on the Central Massachusetts region.
“Christina’s leadership and her dedication to her clients exemplify the excellence we strive for every day at Berkshire,” said Elizabeth Mineo, regional president for Central Massachusetts and Eastern Connecticut. “This recognition is a reflection of the integrity, compassion and service she demonstrates every day.”
Andreoli has long been active in Worcester’s business and civic community. Before joining Berkshire in 2017, she served as president of Discover Central Massachusetts, chief of staff in the Worcester City Manager’s Office of Economic Development, and vice president at the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce.
A Holden resident, Andreoli continues to serve in leadership roles with The Worcester Guardian, Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, Notre Dame Academy, and Catholic Charities.
This year’s Outstanding Women in Business award recipients will be celebrated at a ceremony on Oct. 30 at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester.
