WORCESTER — The Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District will open its new season of monthly community meetings next week, inviting residents, business owners, and visitors to gather for conversation and coffee.

The first session of the 2025–26 series takes place Friday, Sept. 12, from 9-10 a.m. at the BID’s offices on the third floor of the Printers Building, 44 Portland St. The event is free and open to the public.

Organizers say the meetings are meant to bring together people with a stake in downtown Worcester, from property owners and cultural groups to employees and customers. Complimentary refreshments from a downtown restaurant will be provided.

Founded in 2018, the BID represents more than 100 properties in the city’s downtown core, working with businesses and civic partners to promote revitalization, events, and neighborhood improvements.

Registration is encouraged.
