WORCESTER—Holy Cross Athletics is excited to host its second annual Crusader Community Festival on Sunday, Sept. 29, at the Luth Athletic Complex, starting at 11:30 a.m. This family-friendly event is open to the public and offers an opportunity for fans of all ages to meet Holy Cross student-athletes, coaches, and staff while participating in various fun activities and sports.
“This is a great chance for the community to come interact with NCAA Division I student-athletes,” said Scott Wiktorowski, assistant director of athletics for video, marketing, and brand enhancement. “Athletes from all the sports Holy Cross sponsors—football, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, and many more—will be ready to help families make memories as they try out different activities.”
In addition to on-field skill stations run by Holy Cross athletes, attendees can enjoy photo opportunities, craft stations, tailgate-style games, and even face painting. Wiktorowski added, “There will also be a chance for families to walk away with keepsakes, as they can take photos in Holy Cross gear and pick up some swag from our marketing table.”

As a bonus, all registered participants will receive a complimentary ticket to the Holy Cross home football game on Saturday, Oct. 12, against Fordham.
The festival encourages casual attire and sneakers for light on-field activities, and free parking will be available at the Luth Athletic Complex. After the festival, attendees are invited to watch the Holy Cross men’s soccer team take on Loyola (Md.) at 2 p.m. at Smith Soccer Stadium.
To participate, advance registration is required. Visit the Holy Cross Athletics website for more details.
