WORCESTER—The Worcester Bravehearts recently announced that the ball club is offering an updated game-day experience for fans this summer, thanks to some new local partnerships aimed at keeping things homegrown and community-focused for the upcoming season.
The team recently unveiled new food, beverage, and apparel partners that will serve fans at Fitton Field throughout the summer, a move they say is a decisive maneuver to keep things more local.
“We believe the most important thing we can do is invest in the city who invests in us,” the Bravehearts said in a statement. “We are always excited to develop local partnerships, and continue to look to grow hand-in-hand with businesses in this city.”
Among the biggest changes: Gibson’s Dairy Farms now serves as the official provider of food and ice cream at the team’s concession stands, bringing a taste of Worcester tradition to the ballpark.
Gibson’s Dairy Farm, a cherished institution in Worcester County, has been delivering fresh, farm-bottled milk to area homes since 1923. Now in its fourth generation of family ownership, the dairy has expanded its offerings to include a wide array of local products such as meats, cheeses, bakery items, and produce.
Its on-site ice cream stand, Gibby’s Famous Ice Cream, features more than 60 flavors of homemade ice cream, making it a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. Through nearly a century of service, Gibson’s has remained a steadfast presence in the community. Who hasn’t had a Gibby’s ice cream cone?
For corporate outings and events in the Bravehearts’ hospitality tent, fans can now enjoy barbecue fare from The Mill 185 in West Boylston, including pulled pork sliders, smoked chicken wings, and grilled barbecue chicken. Traditional ballpark staples such as Angus burgers, hot dogs, and ice cream sundaes also hit the menu.
And of course in the beverage department, Polar Beverages signed on as the official soft drink provider, giving fans a refreshing local sip between innings.
The Bravehearts are also keeping their uniforms close to home, with this year’s gear coming from Wilson’s Sporting Goods on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester.
One notable shift in ticketing: the team is dialing back the Stadium-Wide All-You-Can-Eat ticket option for the 2025 season, now offering more flexibility with tickets that don’t automatically include food.
With strong hometown ties and a menu filled with local flavor, the Bravehearts are ready to welcome fans for another summer of baseball—and plenty of Worcester pride.
