For three years, The Worcester Guardian has worked to keep our community informed. This celebration offers a chance to thank the readers and supporters who make that work possible and look ahead to the future of local news.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour and welcome reception from 5 to 6 p.m., featuring a cash bar. Meet fellow readers, connect with others who care about Worcester and celebrate this milestone with us.
At 6 p.m., McGrory will take part in a conversation about the state of local news media and the challenges and opportunities ahead. As news organizations navigate a changing landscape, we’ll reflect on why local reporting matters and what it takes to help it thrive.
Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or recently discovered The Worcester Guardian, we’d love to celebrate with you. Join us for an evening of connection, conversation and support for the future of local journalism.
