WORCESTER —A Worcester-based financial advisor has once again earned national recognition, continuing a more than decade-long streak on one of the industry’s most closely watched rankings.
Thomas J. Bartholomew of Bartholomew & Company has been named to Barron’s 2026 list of the Top 1,500 Financial Advisors, the firm announced Tuesday. The annual ranking highlights advisors across the country based on a range of performance and professional metrics.
Bartholomew has appeared on Barron’s lists every year since 2014, when he first earned a spot on the publication’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors ranking. The 2026 list expanded to include 1,500 advisors nationwide, with Bartholomew again included among those recognized, according to the announcement.
According to Barron’s, rankings are based on data submitted by thousands of advisors nationwide and evaluate factors including assets under management, revenue generated for firms, regulatory record, quality of practice, and philanthropic involvement.
“It’s a privilege to be recognized again by Barron’s,” Bartholomew said in a statement announcing the honor. “This acknowledgment reflects the collective effort of our team and the trust our clients place in us. We remain committed to providing thoughtful guidance and supporting the financial well-being of the individuals, families, and organizations we serve.”
Bartholomew & Company, headquartered in Worcester with an additional office in Framingham, has provided financial planning and wealth management services since 1994. The firm works with individuals, families, municipalities, and institutional clients, according to the announcement.
The 2026 Barron’s ranking was released March 20 and is based on data as of Sept. 30, 2025, according to the announcement.
