WORCESTER—City officials have lifted the parking ban as of 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, following the recent “snowstorm” that never happened.
Residents who used municipal garages during the ban have until 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, to remove their vehicles without incurring any fees. Standard parking rates resume for vehicles entering municipal garages after 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
For any questions regarding parking regulations, residents can contact Worcester 311 by dialing 3-1-1, emailing 311@worcesterma.gov, or visiting worcesterma.gov/311.
City officials encourage residents to sign up for future parking ban notifications through ALERTWorcester at worcesterma.gov/emergency-communications/alertworcester. Updates are also available through Worcester 311’s social media channels on Twitter and Facebook.
