WORCESTER—Jordon Barber of Worcester completed his certificate in HVACR and Facilities Maintenance from Technology Learning Center in Oxford.
During the program, Jordon completed courses in oil & gas heat, A/C, refrigeration, wastewater treatment, boiler operations, geothermal, electrical and welding. Jordon obtained his Massachusetts 2nd class Fireman Boiler License and Universal EPA certification.
The HVACR program, encompassing a 17-week/350-clock-hour curriculum, blends various skill sets. Students delve into the fundamentals of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, air conditioning, installation, and repairs.
